Fishing to 250 isn’t too bad, especially if you’re also an alchemist and want to fish up some firefins or oily blackmouth. It’s the 125 points *after* that that are more difficult.
I think you just have to approach it with the right mindset. If you accept it’s a grind, and if anything better comes along you’ll do that instead, and take it in small chunks, it’s still icky but not mind-numbing. Well, okay - it’s pretty mind-numbing, but the wowwiki guide has it broken up in chuncks of 25 skill levels right around this section which isn’t too bad. That’s about an hour of fishing which is definitely do-able.
The real issue has been all the running around and being out of Outland. So if anything comes up you’ve got to make the trek back.
I have found it to start being a nice little money-maker, which I’ll be posting about soon.
